Cuando empieza un nuevo año, siempre pensamos qué nos deparará: a qué gente conoceremos, qué noticias nos impactarán y por supuesto, qué canciones escucharemos por primera vez y las haremos nuestras para siempre. En esto último, suelo ser muy escéptica y pienso que ya nada nuevo me puede sorprender.

Afortunadamente, todos los años encuentro canciones que las hago mías. Así, este año nada más comenzar, pusieron en la tele la ganadora del Goya a la mejor película de 2009 que resultó ser la controvertida Camino y ahí descubrí esta canción cantada en inglés. Enseguida fui al Sr. Google y me enteré que la canta Russian Red, alter ego de Lourdes Hernández, quien cogió ese sobrenombre de su barra de labios. Sobre la peli decir que tiene un final sorprendente que te hace comprender todo...
